Returns Policy for Amazon Book Publishers
Return Policy: We hereby inform you that we do not accept returns for fulfilled orders due to the unique nature of the products we create.
Revisions Process: To ensure the highest quality standards, we have implemented a revision process. If the delivered product does not meet the specified requirements at the time of order placement, we initiate an extensive internal review. We commit to revising or recreating the content at no additional cost.
Revisions Guidelines: Each package is accompanied by its own revision policy, outlined in the service description. Revisions are provided within 5 to 10 days after the order enters the “Waiting for Customer Approval” status in our Order Management Platform. The revision period is dependent on the selected package.
Initiating Revisions: Customers can request revisions by emailing their assigned Project Manager once the product is presented for review and the status updates to “Waiting for Customer Approval.” The customer is also welcome to make personal changes to the content before publishing, as the content is delivered in Word format, and they retain the rights to it.
Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and our team is committed to addressing customer needs. We work collaboratively to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
Circumstances for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances or for orders that have not been allocated or started at the time of the refund request.
Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, may take between 5 to 15 days to reflect on the customer’s end. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) will be charged in all cases. Approval for the refund request will be confirmed by the support team and will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of order placement. Customers will receive a refund notification via the email provided during the initial checkout.

We understand that circumstances may arise, and we offer refunds under the specific conditions outlined below:
Change of Mind:
a) Prior to Project Initiation: A 100% refund is available if requested before our writers/editors commence work on the project.
b) Within One Hour of Placing Order: Customers can request a full refund if they decide to discontinue the project within one hour of placing the order.
c) After Project Progress: If a refund claim is made after project initiation and at least one round of revision has been completed, a partial refund (up to 5%) may be considered to fairly compensate our internal teams.
Incompetent Delivery:
Customers can claim a refund once all options below have been exhausted:
a) Non-compliance with project requirements (as requested/documented by the customer).
b) Despite unlimited revisions, if the delivery does not meet expectations, a mutual agreement on a set percentage refund may be reached.
Late Delivery:
While we strive for “On Time Delivery,” if we fail to deliver the service on time and after at least three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed. Documentary evidence establishing that the late delivery was the company’s fault is required.
Refund Time Frame:
Refunds must be claimed within 10 days of the initial submission/order delivery, provided no revisions have been availed. Refund requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.
Important Note: Customers are advised to be aware of the refund claim deadline specified at the time of placing the order.
Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued:
a) Minor technical errors, such as grammatical, typing, word count, or missing references, will be addressed with a mutual agreement for a partial refund or discounts for future purchases.
b) The company is not responsible for delays from the client’s end.
c) No refund will be issued based on low word count.
Service and Pricing Changes for Amazon Book Publishers
The prices and discounts associated with our services may undergo modifications without prior notice.
We retain the right to, at any given time, alter or cease the Service (or any part or content thereof) without providing advance notice.
